Wholeness begins with me.

I am your safe place, where you can run and find refuge. I also want you to be a safe place. I want you to be healthy and whole within yourself, to be confident in your identity, able to love me, love yourself, and to know how to care for yourself—spirit, soul, and body. Every part of you matters. Every aspect of your life is important. I don’t want you to sweep things that affect you in any way under the rug.

Listen to what you need in the deepest part of your being. If you need rest, then rest. If you need fun, friendship, or adventure, then go enjoy yourself. If you need healing in your spirit, come to me. If you need a healthy body, ask me what changes you can make. If you need to learn to set boundaries and find confidence, I can help you with that too. Wholeness and peace start with me. It’s a journey of discovering me inside of you and then processing your emotions, needs, and desires with me. I want you to be so healthy in every part of your being that each day becomes something to look forward to. When you’re healthy and whole, it’s much easier to bring healing to others.

1 Thessalonians 5:23–24

May the God of peace and harmony set you apart, making you completely holy. And may your entire being—spirit, soul, and body—be kept completely flawless in the appearing of our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One. The one who calls you by name is trustworthy and will thoroughly complete his work in you.

In me you will overcome.

Hold tightly to every promise that I have given you. Write my words upon your heart and fill your mind with my wisdom, for the days ahead will be more than you expect. For both glory and shaking are upon you. The more severe the shaking of your circumstances, the clearer my invitation to partake of my glory. The storms are coming, but they will bring forth my new man, my new w**e, and my new expression of grace for you.
You will overcome all things, for I am with you. Bring my word of overcoming grace to others, for their hearts are now ready to hear the song of triumph. Place my armor on your soul and go forth to see your enemies vanquished. Wear my righteousness over your heart. Fill your mind with my delivering power. Let my good news cover your feet and lead your steps. My truth will keep you strong, and my sword of power will energize your every breath.

I Hear His Whisper . . .
Let every day be a new beginning.

My mercies are new every morning. Each day is a fresh start. My glory rushes in to meet you—to invade every crevice of your life, like the sun lapping at the dark night. Do you believe it? Will you reach out with faith and receive it? Let me wash you with my presence and infuse you with my grace. This is the day that I have made for you!

Set your heart on me as you begin your day. Don’t allow your thoughts to drift back to the things that stole your peace. Release the cares of yesterday. The enemy wants to invade your thoughts and hijack your peace today. Don’t let him! Set your heart and thoughts on me. Let me be your holy obsession. Thoughts of me have a way of wiping away the slimy weight of disappointment. My glory is alive—ready to hold you near. I am the Lover of your soul, the Healer of every tattered heart. Find me now—in these moments before busyness steals you away. We will face the day together in joyful anticipation.
