A celebration of life service for Ms. Carol Louise Howell Costa who passed on February 12, 2026, will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 1100 a.m. at New Church of Faith Tampa,1920 Maydell Drive Tampa, Florida 33619. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E.
