Offering consulting services for churches and para-church organizations specializing in Bible school development, catechesis, education, and leadership training. He has functioned as a Pastor, International Missions Director, Missionary, Traveling Teaching Minister, Licensed Pastoral Counselor, Educator, Bible College Dean, and Chaplain for the Los Angeles Police Department. He recently returned f
rom South Africa after spending eleven years teaching at Rhema Bible College, as well as serving as its Dean for the last two years of his tenure. He has also served as a ministry consultant for various local and international ministries specializing in leading organizational change by focusing on: personnel training, resolving staffing issues, reorganization of leadership structures, and the redefining and reorganization of the respective organization’s vision and focus. He is on the Board of Directors for Daystar Christian Television, South Africa as well as serving for eight years as the Director of African Affairs for International Facilitators Plus, a Canadian-based professional management company serving NGO Christian ministries, handling their legal, organizational, financial, and staffing needs. He was one of the original members of International Churches and Ministers; a founding trustee for Covenant Ministries International, a ministerial association for the licensing and ordination of ministers and joint missions ventures among the affiliated churches and ministers; and a board member of Fresh Oil Fellowship, which also licensed, networked, and ordained ministers. He was part of the Oral Roberts Educational Fellowship for the Bible School Division at its inception, and lectured on Bible School Curriculum Formation at their first symposium. He has written the National/World Outreach Bible School Curriculum and has overseen the establishment of schools adopting this curriculum in various countries including England, Norway, Poland, Croatia, Italy, Portugal, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Kenya, Nigeria, Jamaica, Saint Maarten, Guatemala, Philippines, and Canada. This material has been translated into multiple languages including French, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Polish, and Russian. He is a published author and his books have been translated into various languages (some of the titles are out of print but e-book versions will be available soon). The titles are as follows:

An ordained minister, he is founder and President of Michael Landsman Ministry Consulting and is currently working with Faith Fellowship Ministries, located in Sayreville, New Jersey, as the International Director for their Bible schools: Faith International Training Schools. He holds a BA in Bible from Southern California College (now Vanguard University), an MBA in Religious Education Administration from Golden State University, a Ph.D. in Human Behavior from Golden State University, an Ed.D. from Honolulu University, and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Education. He is also a Licensed Pastoral Counselor with the National Christian Counseling Association. He has been married to his beautiful wife Martha, herself an accomplished singer, speaker, and intercessor, for the past forty-two years. They have three children, two of which are in full-time ministry, and three beloved granddaughters.
