Each story tugged at my heart. I am so in awe about Butterfly Field Animal Sanctuary. The world would be a much, much more peaceful place if we would all strive to be even a fraction of how kind and giving as the Kamprath family. Such a well-written book that is sure to move the heart of every person who reads it.

Finding Grace was a captivating and easy read. The book invoked numerous emotions, at times leaving me fighting back tears while at other times laughing out loud.
Have you ever wanted to experience what it is like to take the first step in faith into a therapy animal ministry? How about learning about and from the experiences of a true ambassador for Christ, and to the struggles of a local missionary’s life in the United States?
This book revived my passion and the burn on my heart to do the Lord's will and to have courage to face the unknown. The book served as a great reminder that ministry takes humility and putting another person's needs before your own desires, but that the rewards of doing so are inexplicable blessings and joy. Reading the prayers of Chaplain Larry, and the answers to his prayers, was refreshing and confirming that God is in his ministry and with us.
I also enjoyed learning about the beginnings of the therapy dog ministry Canines For Christ, how Chaplain Larry interacts with his dogs, and how these ministry animals seemed to have an instinct about human emotions and a God-given humbleness that isn’t trained - or as Chaplain Larry would say, “these dogs are Jesus in fur.”
