It is the mission of “FBCM” to assist pastors in the strengthening and development of their churches. FBCM will also assist in the development of ministries that are not necessarily local churches in the traditional context, but which do serve for the advancement of kingdom purpose. The 3 Standards of Existence
– Economic Empowerment –
FBCM will employ the resources available through it’s partnerships to assist it’s covenant partners with:
1. Real estate purchases for the advancement of kingdom purpose.
2. Biblically based financial advice and workshops as needed.
3. Seminars on the corporate development of ministries.
4. The establishment of tools and accounting programs for the management of kingdom resources.
5. Partners that tithe into Manifestations FBCM will receive the above mentioned services without fee. Those partners who choose not to tithe into Manifestations FBCM will be required to pay all cost associated with providing before mentioned services.
– Leadership Training and Mentoring –
FBCM is committed to the development of the leadership of our partners, and we will provide through this partnership [as requested:
1. Workshops for the establishment of kingdom purpose.
2. Seminars to develop ministry leaders.
3. Personal & private training and biblically-based counseling.
– Accountability and Covering –
Understanding that accountabilities are in place to help discerning people remain honest and equitable, and to exercise sound judgment in the affairs of life and ministry, FBCM will serve as a covering, and accountability partner for all covenant ministries.
1. FBCM will require that all associated partners exemplify in character and conduct, behavior that is in line with bible principle.
2. FBCM will provide ministry licensing, ordination services, and special appointments, as required by leaders of ministry partners in the establishment and development of partner organizations.
3. FBCM will confront any moral issues that arise in partner ministry leadership, using the biblical mode of judgment of such matters.
4. Letters of release, acknowledgments of partnership, and other endorsements of partners will be provided at the request of partner ministry’s senior leader.
