With the question, "Are you guys still doing ministry?" Coming up lately I figured I would drop a post on the subject. Yes, we are still actively living out our calling in the ministry God gave us and named Painted Soldier Ministry. Last year we decided to treat it more like a ministry than a business. Not advertising, promoting, or listing every accomplishment that God has done through us. I will tell you this, the true Gospel is being preached, the poor are being ministered too, I am still open to speaking engagement invites, and Jesus is on the throne of both our lives and this ministry. After some conflict, we were convicted on the way we saw modern ministry. The Bible is clear that when we receive our rewards from man, that is the reward we get. When we pray we are not to pray to been seen, and when we do merciful deeds, do not sound a trumpet like the hypocrites do. All scripture from the mouth of Jesus. We have been as fruitful as ever, and will continue to do so as long as we are still breathing(Lord willing). We are greatly appreciative to those that pray and financially support this mission we have been given. Thank you for each and every one of you. Seek first the Kingdom! Eyes on Jesus!
