Matters of the Heart

Proverbs 4:23
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. (NIV)

In other translation it says Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.

Keeping your heart with all diligence:

1.How do we keep our hearts with diligences?

Diligence: constant in effort to accomplish something; attentive and persistent in doing anything.

The heart is the center of your being, the deepest part of your emotions, thoughts and identity.

The heart is the center of your being so if the heart is injured so will the body follow.

1. How are you keeping your heart?

The Bible say in Luke 6:45 for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

1. What is coming out of your mouth that has be hidden in your heart that has diseased your heart?

This week we will be answering these questions and diving into the word to correct our hearts.

Morning 👋🏾

This morning the Father had me in Colossians when in asked what would he like me to read this morning.
I took a pic of the introduction for you all because this sets the stage for reading.

The introduction is powerfull in itself and as you can see Paul wrote this from prison.
No matter the season, Paul got the job done even when he couldn’t give his presence, he showed up with letters and messages via loyal co-labors in Christ.

He was adamant/ passionate about relationship. Relationship between the Father and his people and with one another.

Todays declaration and decree:

1. I declare that I will live my life worthy of the Lord so that he is pleased with me in every way-Colossians 1:10

2. I decree that as I grow in my knowledge of God/Yahweh I will be strengthened will all power accordingly to his glorious might that I WILL have great endurance AND patience and I will continuously give thanks to my Heavenly Father because I know that this mercy endures forever-Colossians 1:10/
