God Who Searches

For this saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.

God values His relationship with you so much that He is willing to go to great lengths to capture your heart ❤️. He doesn't just sit stationary, passively waiting for you to approach Him. He says that He searches for His sheep-seeking them out.

Have you ever consciously felt God's pursuit of you? Perhaps in Scripture, in a sermon, in a song, or in the words of a friend? He speaks to you because He cares so much about being with you. Allow yourself to be pursued by your God, and respond to His pursuit with a heart ❤️ that is eager to be LOVED by Him.

How have you felt God's pursuit of you?

Word for today: God Made Them Male and Female
Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 2:21-23; Matthew 19:4-6
Focus Thought: God's plan for marriage is a union between a man and a woman:

Gen.1:26] And God said Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:

Gen. 1:27] So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.

Gen. 2:21-23] And the lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and He took on of his ribs, and closed up the flash instead thereof;
And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made He a woman, and brought her unto the man.
And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called woman, because she was taken out of man.

Matthew 19:4-6] And He answered and said unto them, Have he not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and female,

And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall c!save to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunnder.

It was God's perfect plan as expressed in creation that humanity be divided into two separate but complementary sexes. God created humankind to be make and female (Gen. 1:27). Understanding the right relationship between man and woman in the home, the church, and society requires that we put aside sinful traditions, false histories, and misinterpretations of the Bible so we can receive with messiness the engrafted word (James 1:22).

Morning Scripture: 2 Timothy 4:1-3
Focus Thought : God has given us the gift of life, and it is a wonderful experience. In Jesus Christ we learn to appreciate life's challenge, purpose, and potential.

Verse 1) I charge the therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at His appearing and His Kingdom;
Verse 2) Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; Reprove, Rebuke, Exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
Verse 3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine:; but after their Owen lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

Life comes with no guarantees. The location of our birth, who our parents are, and what physical and mental attributes we possess all seem to be matters of chance. Every individual must confront life's demanded one day at a time.
Life sometimes brings generous gain and heavy loss. But through it all with both the ups and the downs, God watches over each person, waiting patiently for that lonely, sinful person to reach out to his Creator.
An individual is not complete until he has felt the release of sin through repentance, had the name of Jesus Christ applied to his heart through water baptism in Jesus' name, and received the glorious gift of the Holy Ghost. Paul explained: and he are complete in Him. ( Colossians 2:10 - And you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.

Have a wonderful and bless day in Jesus Christ.
