If you wanted to attend the Synod Parish retreat next weekend, but we’re unable because of finances. We have one scholarship available. We will give this to the first active SPD that emails to [email protected]. This does not include lodging.

Today we celebrate the Annunciation of our Lord! Nine months before Christmas, the angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she would give birth to the Son of God. "The angel said to her, 'Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And now, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you will name him Jesus.' ... Then Mary said, “Here am I, the servant of the Lord; let it be with me according to your word'" (Luke 1:30-31, 38).
