Camp out 2017

Campout is quickly approaching June 10th and 11th starting at noon at Millers Grove. You are all welcome to bring a friend.
Hopefully it will warm up enough to swim.
We will be biking to church Sunday and conducting the service.
Please let me know how many are attending. A list will follow to sign up for foods/drinks for the campout and I am asking for parents and siblings to come back after church for a covered dish luncheon.

Painting party

Mark your calendar. We will be hosting a Paint and Sip (soda/juice) party at church May 6th at 1pm. This will be open up to adults and children. Cost is $30. Youth group members are free. Sign up either here or on sign-up sheet at church on table by the bell tower stairs. Any questions, please call or message me.

Egg coloring (and quite a few fingers) finished and ready to be hid on Saturday. Thank you to all the kids and parents who helped out.

Bowling at Cypress Lanes. If you look hard you will notice Linda and George Kunkel joined us and coached some of the kids.

Here is our long range planning through June.
Please save these dates....

March 26th we will be bowling at Cypress Lanes in Lehighton.
We will 1-2 games depending on turnout and how long it takes to bowl.
Youth group will pay for games/shoes. Food is available if you want for an additional cost. I'd like a head count to reserve lanes.

Tuesday April 11th we will dye eggs starting at 6pm in the new kitchen.
If we can have Moms or Grams on hand to boil the eggs, we be grateful for the help.

Tentative date-Paint n Sip. May 6th in the afternoon. More info forthcoming.

Will be checking with the board to see if we can have an outdoor service and lead the service similar to last year.

June 24th Old Fashioned picnic.
We will run the chicken p**p bingo and games again. I'd like to sell game chances ahead of time again Sundays prior to the picnic.

We will do a group display again for the Carbon Co. Fair. We are also looking into the possibility of doing one for the Schuylkill Co. fair as well.

Happy New Year everyone.
It's time to get together again to plan for this new year.
We will be meeting on Sunday February 19th at 4pm. Meet in the Adult Sunday School Room. Please plan to attend. We will be discussing Easter Egg Decorating, camp out and some fun field trips.

Plans changed last minute. Glen Onoko falls was todays destination. We all got are cardio in. It was a great day to hike. The kids enjoyed the challenge. Thankfully, no injuries. We all made it back in one piece.
Then a round of ice cream at Chantillies in Weissport. If you have not yet been there, we highly recommend it.
