Sis. Janine Ward was our 4th Sunday Youth Day speaker. Sis. Ward talked to the youth about what prayer is and who they should pray to. She encouraged them to make prayer first in their lives and to communicate with God everyday. A great Word!

Bryant Chapel made our semi-annual donations to Safe Place and R**e Crisis Center (SPARCC) in Sarasota. SPARCC’s mission is to stop domestic and sexual violence in our communities. Because the location of the shelter for women is confidential, donations which included toiletry items, detergent, paper goods, etc. were delivered to the corporate office. Thank you Bryant Chapel for making a difference!

Fifth Sunday Missionary Service at Bryant Chapel. Guest preacher was Rev. Ruby Ann Jefferson from Carter Temple CME Church. She was introduced virtually by her brother, Presiding Elder Lawrence Jefferson-Snorton. Her subject was “How Effective is Your Work Ethic for the Lord?” Are we serving mankind? Are we giving 100% to feeding the hungry, clothing the needy and giving a helping hand to the poor? We are here to be servants and not to be served.” The Missionaries’ Quadrennial Theme is “Missionaries Embracing a New Era of Innovation for Greater Service.” Sis.Akera Sanders is Missionary President, Sis. Tunis Wilcox is South Florida District President and Sis. Marian Hannah is Florida Region Missionary President. Rev. Anthony G. Langhorne is pastor.
