🏡 FAITH AT HOME | Ten Minutes Adds Up

Family worship doesn’t have to be long or complicated to be meaningful.

Just 10 minutes a day adds up to more than 60 hours in a year spent intentionally pointing your family toward Christ.

Keep it simple:

📖 READ — Read a short passage of Scripture and talk about one truth.
🙏 PRAY — Thank God, confess sin and pray for the needs of your family and others.
🎵 SING — Sing a familiar hymn or worship song together.

You don’t need the perfect lesson. You don’t need an hour. You don’t even need everyone to sit perfectly still.

Start with 10 minutes. Be consistent. Let God use the ordinary moments.

Small habits today can help build a foundation of faith for tomorrow.

🏡 FAITH AT HOME | Faith Isn't Just for Sundays

Following Jesus isn't something we turn on Sunday morning and put away when church is over.

Deuteronomy 6 shows us a different picture. God's Word is meant to be part of the everyday rhythm of our homes: when we sit together, when we're on the go, when the day ends and when a new one begins.

That means discipleship can happen around the dinner table, during the drive to school, at bedtime or in an ordinary conversation when a child asks a question.

You don't have to create the perfect family devotional.

Just make Jesus part of everyday life.

📖 “You shall teach them diligently to your children...” — Deuteronomy 6:7

Don't assume children will simply absorb faith. Tell them about God's character, His works, His faithfulness and what He has done in your own life. Read Psalm 78: 5-7.

It has to be in you first.

You can't pass on what isn't in your heart.

Deuteronomy 6:6 comes before 6:7. God's words are first to be on the parent's heart, then taught to the children.
