Meet your West Florida Ministry Network Junior Bible Quiz champions!

(Wasn’t that a mouthful?) As network champions, they also qualified for the JBQ National Festival in Springfield, Virginia this June!

Our team had a fantastic day at today’s JBQ Network Final. These kids have been memorizing God’s Word all year (and multiple past seasons!), and their hard work paid off. They went undefeated today! But the most important thing in JBQ is ALWAYS that they have learned the precious and powerful Word of God in a way that will stick with them for their whole lives.

Several of our kids also won individual awards.

Today’s high scorers:
1st- Luke
3rd- Daniel
6th- Conley

Overall high scorers for the entire season:
1st- Dorothy
2nd- Luke
4th- Daniel

We also recognized Dorothy, Daniel, and Conley as sixth graders who have now completed their last meet of network-level quizzing.

Tonight is DQ Share Night for Freedom Church JBQ!

Once again, it was a fabulous morning with our West Florida Junior Bible Quiz friends! Our teams finished first place and second place in the gold division and first place in the bronze division. Freedom Church gold quizzers finished first, second, and third in the individual ranking, and Freedom Church bronze quizzers finished first (tied with another quizzer) and fourth in the bronze individual ranking.

There was a technical issue that caused a delay in the results, so some of our families had to leave before photos were taken. But we are so proud of them all!

Freedom Kids TAKE OVER on March 8 for National BGMC DAY!

BGMC, which stands for Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge, inspires kids to pray, give, and go for missions. On this exciting Sunday morning, Freedom Kids will take over the main service with family worship, laughter, surprises, prizes, and fun. We will also be taking a special offering to help the kids meet their goal of raising $5,555.55 for missions in 2026. Be ready to give!

Freedom parents, we're thinking ahead to Kids' Camp! We will be taking a group of kids June 17-20. I'm trying to estimate how many kids will be going, so let me know if you're interested!

Freedom Kids had a blast at Winter Blitz 2026! The service was super fun and impactful, we broke out of the BGMC escape room, traded lots of BGMC trading cards, worshipped Jesus, and presented our art! All of our kids got “superior” rankings on their entries.

Freedom Church Junior Bible Quiz had an amazing meet! On Saturday, our teams had lots of fun with their West Florida JBQ friends and quizzed like champs. Our bronze team won first place and had two team members in the top five individual scorers. Our two gold teams placed first and second in the gold division, and quizzers from Freedom Church placed first, second, third, and fourth among the top five individual scorers.

The knowledge they have gained from God’s Word comes from hours of study each week. We are so proud of them, and we pray that these seeds of truth in their hearts grow into mighty trees!
