This is the text of our first newspaper ad that drew the first 12 people to a meeting in Tallahassee to discuss Unitarianism on November 6, 1953. Today the UU Church, which was built in 1967 on Meridian Road is a thriving community of members and friends. Our community for liberal religious faith offers services on Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m., inter-service programs at 10:00 a.m.; a Young Adult Ministry which meets periodically; (http://www.facebook.com/groups/uuctyoungadults/); Religious Exploration programs for children; Adult Enrichment programs and activities; and a rich music program under the direction of Angel de Armendi.
