First Free Will Baptist Church is located at 256 Whitson Road in Talladega (See Map in Photos Section on this Page). Whitson Road is located off of Ironaton Road, near Timber Ridge Golf Course.

Come join us for our homecoming celebration. This Sunday the 22nd beginning at 10:30. We are very excited to have Day 3 back with us once again. We will worship with song and praise until lunch. Then we will enjoy great food and fellowship with old and new friends. Everyone is welcome. Never been in service with us before? Now would be a perfect time to meet us and see who we are. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
What is truth? John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
It has been said, God said it, I believe it and that settles it. The truth is, That God said it and it is truth whether we believe it or not. There is so much false doctrine being taught and preached that it is important that you know the TRUTH of God's Word. Not what man says is the truth. False teaching gives those who don't know the truth false hope. The TRUTH of God's Word provides those who trust in Christ an eternal hope that will be celebrated on the shores of Heaven. How do we know if what is being taught and preached is truth or not? If it doesn't match up with the Word of God then it is false. It is just that simple. Please, for your sake and your family's sake study God's Word. During Sunday School and preaching, open your Bible and follow along. If what you hear does not match God's Word, question the teacher or preacher for clarification to make sure you understood what they said. If they are going against the Word of God find you a church where you can get the TRUE WORD OF GOD. It is so important because the destination of your eternal soul depends on it. John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. I am just a sinner that has been saved by grace and have a full understanding of what it means to be set free from sin. I simply want everyone to experience that freedom in the salvation of Christ. The only way to do that is to accept His Truth. I love you all and will be praying for those who are lost, hurting, depressed and bound in sin. I pray this will be your beginning of digging into God's wonderful Word of Truth.
