Summer at Egan doesn’t happen because one person does everything. It happens because faithful people show up and do the work that makes camp possible.

We’re looking for 2026 summer staff who are ready to serve behind the scenes and help create sacred spaces where God changes lives.

Our staff help with things like:
Pool and waterfront
Archery and rec areas
Kitchen and food service
Cleaning and camp reset

This is good, honest work with a team that matters.
What matters most is a willing heart, a good attitude, and the ability to show up ready to serve.

The Rose of Jericho—often called the Resurrection Plant—spends most of its life looking dry, brittle, and lifeless. But when placed in water, something remarkable happens: it slowly opens, softens, and comes back to life.

At Egan, we keep our own Resurrection Plant. Each year around Easter, we water it as a simple but powerful reminder: what once appeared dead is alive again. What life seemed lost is renewed. It’s a small reflection of a much greater truth—that after three days in the tomb, our Lord rose again, bringing life where there was death, and hope where it looked like there was none.
