We need help! TY😊

We are needing the following donations for this event:

Food:
500 hotdogs and buns
Condiments for Hot dogs
Chips for the Hot Dogs
Drinks for the Meals

We need $ Donations to help us buy gift cards to Loves and Casey’s. We want to give out $5 gift cards to those who visit our resource tables. We want the homeless and at risk to come out and take advantage of the great resources available. Other cities have had great results by using this incentive process.

We need volunteers to help work this event.

We need three local musicians who would volunteer their time to perform a 45 minute set.

Good evening Tahlequah! :)
I just wanted to share this information:
On Saturday, October 5th from 1PM - 5 PM, the Tahlequah Resource Outreach Team (TROT) will be hosting its semi-annual Tahlequah Cares Community Outreach Event at the Cherokee National Peace Pavilion in downtown Tahlequah. This event will be brining together hundreds of people throughout our community to help take care of the needs of our at risk population. We need your help!

Here is what we currently need:
4 Local Musicians to play Live Music on Our Stage
Food Donations - Hotdogs, Drinks and Chips
Charities, Churches, Organizations and Individuals - Set up at a table and help meet any need that our at risk clients might need
Volunteers to help run this event

Did I say that loud enough?!?!
ZRS Ministries and the Wings of Tahlequah Faith Based Sober Living program want to thank the entire ministry team and congregation for your absolutely amazing donation that replaced one of our HVAC systems in our guys living quarters. We asked God to do a miracle for us and he answered our prayers through your church and several other local donations. If you attend Roots, please know that your giving just made a HUGE and lasting difference in the lives of our men who really need it! Your giving just defined this verse:
“Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress...”
