(Minus your personal information). Thanks again for all you have done. As you may know from talking to Brother Lloyd, we are a very small congregation. Brother Lloyd was the biggest supporter financially in the flock even though he was an out of State member. When Lloyd lost his job due to his illness, his regular monthly offerings ceased. Since that time, the church finances have spiraled downward and we are presently in a financial crisis having to make drastic cuts and tough decisions on what bills to pay. We would appreciate your prayers on our behalf at this time. Marion's and my trip to Kauai was planned two years ago and will be done on a shoestring budget. The church does not pay me a salary. We get by on Social Security, an IRA and a small pension. We will try to help with the final expenses as we are enabled to do, as feeble as it might be.

Thank you so very much for getting back to me. I believe I did receive your previous reply. Things have been a little disorganized for me here the last several days and I apologize for not responding sooner. I wanted to let you know about the memorial fund that has been set up so that perhaps Lloyd's home church and congregation would have the opportunity, if anyone might want to, contribute to it. I am asking for donations in lieu of flowers. As Lloyd's executrix, all monies collected will be used to defray Lloyd's final expenses. These will include his funeral expense, closing of his personal accounts (phone, internet, etc), final attorney fees, closing down his rental house lease (to include the final bills: electric, gas, water, sewer & trash), moving his personal property into storage, the storage unit, and the move-out cleaning of the rental home.

Lloyd was my closest friend for over 27 years. In life, Lloyd was generous, almost to a fault, and now that he has passed I will make sure that he is well taken care of. He always kept his promises, to others and to me, I would do no less for my friend.

They are beautiful this time of year I remember on my last visit I told my husband that it would have to be our last visit because if we ever went again, I was sure I would not want to leave!
