Sermon: How's your heart today?

Sometimes we spend so much time looking at what is happening around us that we forget to examine what is happening within us.

In James 4:1–8 (NIV), James challenges us to look beyond our circumstances and take an honest look at our hearts. He talks about conflict, selfish desires, pride, and our relationship with God. But there is hope in the middle of that examination.

James 4:8 (NIV) says:
“Come near to God and he will come near to you.”
What a beautiful reminder!

God doesn't reveal what is in our hearts to shame us. He reveals it because He wants to heal us, change us, and draw us closer to Him. James reminds us to submit ourselves to God, resist the devil, and draw near to Him. When we humble ourselves before God, He meets us with grace.

Have a blessed week brethren, guard your hearts and keep going.

🔥 REMNANT YOUTH: RISE UP! 🔥

We are SO excited to announce our very first Youth Revival! And we believe God has something special in store for this generation!

As summer comes to an end and a new school year begins, this will be a night to reset, refocus, and prepare our hearts and minds for what’s ahead. 📚

School can bring pressure, challenges, new environments, and new decisions—but our youth don’t have to face any of it alone. We want to send them back to school with a mindset ready to tackle it head-on, knowing that Christ is in their corner every step of the way! 🙏

This is a night to:
✨ Encounter God
🙌 Worship freely
📖 Hear His Word
❤️‍🔥 Be renewed and set on fire
🤝 Build friendships and fellowship
💪 Leave strengthened and ready for the school year
