During September, we pause to remind someone who may be struggling in silence: YOU ARE NOT ALONE; YOUR LIFE MATTERS; YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER.

Sometimes the strongest-looking people are carrying the heaviest burdens. Sometimes “I’m fine” is covering a heart that is hurting. That is why we are endeavoring to be a people (church) that listens, loves, prays, checks in, and refuses to look the other way.

As the Body of Christ, let us be intentional this month:
💜Check on somebody.
🩵Listen without judgment.
💜Pray with somebody.
🩵Remind them that they are loved.
💜Encourage them to seek the help they need.

We see you. We hear you. We love you.
