Saying no is not selfish-
Sometimes, the most beneficial decision for your mental wellbeing is to step back and reevaluate. Creating distance from negativity, toxic relationships, or overwhelming situations does not indicate a lack of empathy—it signifies prioritizing your own emotional and physical stability. You are not obligated to provide constant access to your energy. It is permissible to say no, take a break, and set boundaries that protect your mental and emotional wellbeing. If something or someone is draining your energy more than revitalizing you, it may be time to create space. Remember, safeguarding your mental health is not selfish—it is essential. You deserve peace, happiness, and the right to prioritize yourself when necessary.🩷
