Here are some frequently asked questions to help you know what to expect. If you have a question that you don’t see addressed on this page, feel free to email Gwen Elmer at [email protected]. Gwen is our pastor of connections and she would be glad to answer your questions. Most people dress casually but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable. We are pretty sure that your dress doe

sn’t matter to God so it doesn’t matter to us either. How long are the services? Each service goes for about an hour and 10 minutes. What happens at a service? The service starts with about 20 minutes of music that you can sing along to. We will have some announcements and then there is a 35-40 minute message. What do I have to do? Nothing! Just relax and enjoy. We won’t make you say or do anything. Do I have to bring anything? No. We will have coffee and tea along with some snacks for you to enjoy during the service. If you have a Bible, bring it. If not we have one you can use. What do I do with my kids? During each weekend service we offer classes and childcare. Our caring nursery staff and high-energy teachers are here to provide a safe, caring, Bible-based experience for your kids. What is your music like? When you walk into a service, you will hear the sound of our weekend worship team. You will most likely hear electric guitars, bass, drums, keys and loops. Our music is considered modern and is easy to sing along to if you don’t know the words, don’t worry, they will be projected onto screens!

Bearcat Families- You’re Invited to the 2026 Bearcat Back to School Bash scheduled for August 27th from 5-7pm at Solvay Middle School!

What is the Bearcat Back to School Bash?

It is a fun and exciting event intended to energize our school community as we launch into the 2026-2027 School Year!

Every year the Bearcat Bash provides an opportunity for families to connect with school staff to ask questions and prepare for the school year. Additionally, we invite community partners from across the county for families to learn about and connect with resources they may find beneficial.

We will have free food(hot dogs, chips, and bottled water), games, raffles, music, and activities for the entire family!
