🌈 Happy Pride Month! This June, we celebrate the beautiful diversity of God's beloved children and affirm the sacred worth and dignity of LGBTQIA+ people in our churches, communities and world. May this month be a time of celebration, advocacy, learning and renewed commitment to creating communities where all people are welcomed, valued and empowered to live as their authentic selves.

"Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God." — 1 John 4:7

On March 31, Transgender Day of Visibility celebrates people who may be transgender, nonbinary, gender-nonconforming, or otherwise gender-diverse.

CNP offers liturgical, educational and other resources that may be useful to church leaders, members and anyone seeking to support transgender and nonbinary siblings in Christ.

The above excerpt and full Prayer of Blessing for Transgender Day of Visibility by the Rev. TJ Remaley, one of the co-moderators of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians and pastor of Southminster Presbyterian Church in Boise, Idaho, is available for free download at the link in the comments below in addition to other resources for welcoming, understanding and celebrating transgender and nonbinary people.
