Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers!! We broke ground on our new Orchard in Billy Harrison Name. Two figs planted today in Billy Howard and Billy Harrison memory. If u have a loved one u would like to plant a fruit tree or bush in memory of, please let us know. We’ll be planting again in September.

In a couple of days it will be Palm Sunday. I want to invite you to our services the next couple of weeks as celebrate Easter. Our service time for Palm Sunday April the 2nd is 11am. On Easter Sunday Morning we will have our Sunrise Service at 7am and our Morning Worship Service at 9 am. Let’s Worship together our Risen Lord.

I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas Eve with family and friends. Tomorrow morning we will celebrate Christmas, the Birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ together at Union Baptist. The service will be held at 11:00am. Come and be with us for this special time of praise and worship to God our Father, for unto us a savior is born.

Bring them to church. Saturate their lives with the Word of God. Even if they lay on the floor. Even if they need 2 cups of milk and 437 goldfish and a sucker to be quiet. Even if you stand in the back swaying back and forth holding them. Even when it’s hard. Even when when your bench looks like a small hurricane just came through. Bring them to church. Let them see you worship. Let them see you pray. Let them see you running toward the Savior….. because if they don’t see and learn these things from you, who are they going to learn them from?

The world will teach them it’s not a priority. The world will teach them it’s Ok to lay out, not to pick up their Bibles. The world will have them so far off course and confused and misinformed that just being “good” is enough. The world won’t teach them about Jesus. That’s our job.

Bring them to church.

We love your kids and look forward to seeing them every weekend!

Thank you all for your continued prayer and support for Alex and Ms. Betty. He is getting better each day but still has a ways to go. His CT and XRays look great. He will go back to the doctor August 10. He is now able to take his brace off while in bed. God is in control all day each day.

Covid is really amping up in our communities again. Continued prayer for those sick. Thank God it does not seem to be as severe as in the past.

Bible School begins Sunday Evening at 6pm nightly through Tuesday. Wednesday we will have our fun day with back to school bash ( times will be decided and given at Bible School). Look forward to seeing you at VBS.

UPDATE: from Ms Betty. Alex is doing good...everything is healing...goes for CT scan July 8, having trouble with physical therapy and wound care because GA Medicaid does not cover it in this county...more papers are needed from the doctor to try to get approvals...something is going on with the right leg/foot...did telehealth visit Thursay with Dr Morgan he gave Alex more cream for wounds and if no improvement by middle of week I will take him in to see what might be going on I think it needs more healing but wound still looks bad it is bruised, swollen, and bleeding with pus, it hurts him to put pressure on it...the LORD is blessing...please continue prayers...
Please tell everyone at church they are so precious to us...they are there helping with our needs...we love them and thank them so much for what all they have and are doing for us...
