Pastor Doug Marrie and his wife, Lee Ann, have been faithfully serving God since 1996. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, they, along with their three younger children moved to Rincon, Georgia in 2008 to help their pastors fulfill the call of God to start a church. In 2014,while still serving at their church in Rincon, they moved and settled in Sylvania. In 2016, Pastor Doug and Lee Ann decided

to answer the call to start a ministry in the area they love and call home - Sylvania. So with the blessing of their pastors and congregation, in January 2017, The Fortress Worship Center will open their doors to the city of Sylvania to those who want to join in the mission to know God and to make Him known.
