Sunday, June 30, 2024 - Rev. Kadarious Davis Sr. delivered his farewell sermon as Support Pastor: "A Firm Foundation” (Matthew 7:24-27)
Rev. Davis asked Siri “Can You Build a House Without a Foundation?” The answer was: “of course, you can — as long as you don't need it to stand for long.” Even if a building can handle the weight on top without a foundation, it's the movement from side to side that causes issues. Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. Jesus Christ is the solid rock. We can’t stand without Him.

The fellowship and joy experienced at our Family and Friends Day was truly uplifting and spiritually enriching. We extend our sincere gratitude to Pastor Carlos Woodard and Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church of Sylacauga for their valuable contributions. We wish to express our appreciation to the Planning Committee for orchestrating an outstanding program and our Culinary Ministry for their exceptional efforts in preparing a delightful meal.

Rev. Woodard’s message shared, centered around Proverbs 18:24 and the theme of "What Kind of Friend Are You?" provided insightful reflections for us to ponder upon.

Sunday, June 23, 2024 - Rev. Kadarious Davis Sr. delivered a powerful sermon on "The Power of Unity." Rev. Davis urged the congregation to remain vigilant and prayerful, especially during times of peace, as the devil seeks to cause division and chaos. He emphasized that the devil detests unity, peace, decency, order, and forgiveness, and will stop at nothing to instill feelings of failure and lead individuals back to toxic environments. Rev. Davis warned that these attempts serve as traps, diverting personal growth and inner peace while causing individuals to forget the deliverance provided by God. It's truly compelling when we come together in unity.
