💙 Community Supporting Community! 💙

We want to give a huge THANK YOU to RWE from Roscoe, Texas, for blessing The SHOP – Sweetwater House of Peace with an entire pallet of bottled water!

Over the past two weeks, we have experienced an incredible outpouring of support from our community. When a need arose, people stepped up in a big way, reminding us what makes this area so special.

The SHOP exists to serve our community, and it continues to thrive because of the generosity, kindness, and support of the people who believe in what God is doing here.

Thank you to RWE and to everyone who has prayed, donated, volunteered, and supported this ministry. Your investment is making a difference in the lives of young people and families throughout our community.

Sweetwater is stronger when we come together. ❤️

We need your help. We give lots of water out as we serve our communities less fortunate and we are on our last case. Any donations would be greatly appreciated as the summer approaches. With extremely hot temperatures this water could be life saving. Thank you all so much for loving your neighbors.

We had such an awesome day! We got to take the kids from The SHOP to the trampoline park and make memories full of laughter, fun, and joy. Watching these kids smile, play, and just enjoy being together was a blessing. ❤️

Moments like this remind us how important it is to pour love, encouragement, and hope into the next generation. Thankful for every volunteer, every prayer, and every opportunity to make a difference. 🙌

We are beyond thankful and excited to share that The SHOP Sweetwater House of Peace will be one of the beneficiaries of the Garage Monkey Junkies 3rd Annual Car Show!

We are so honored to be thought of alongside the West Texas Children’s Advocacy Center as proceeds from this event will help support both of thes local organization. What a blessing it is to see people in our community using their passion and platform to make a real difference.

Thank you to Garage Monkey Junkies, Stanley Ford, and everyone involved in making this event happen. Your generosity, support, and heart for Sweetwater mean more than words can say.

Be sure to mark your calendars for Saturday, October 3, 2026 — this is going to be an amazing day for an amazing cause!

Please Note: New Day Room Hours. As we seek to better serve our community safely and effectively we have finalized The Day Room days and hours of operation. However anytime needs arise we will make the changes necessary to better serve our neighbors.

The After School Program is back! We took off the month of February to serve our neighbors during extreme temperatures, but we are back.
First day is March 3rd. We will resume regular days and hours. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30pm. For all junior and high school students.
