This week, we will continue our I Love to Tell the Story series, reflecting on Jesus' greatest commandment: to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. As we practice kindness, we're invited to let God's love shape the way we see and care for others.

Where is God inviting you to put love into action through an act of kindness this week?

"What if we became known for kindness?"

This week, Pastor Alyssa continued our I Love to Tell the Story series by reflecting on what it means to love God and love our neighbors. In a world that often encourages division, she reminded us that kindness is not dependent on agreement or understanding—it's a choice we make as followers of Christ.

"The image of God is not something we achieve. It is something we receive."

This week, Pastor Alyssa reminded us that our worth is not something we earn through success, accomplishment, or proving ourselves. We begin with belovedness: each of us are created in God's image and gifted by God's Spirit.

We begin a new sermon series this week: I Love To Tell the Story. We'll spend time reflecting on the stories that have shaped us - stories of God's love, presence, and invitation to live as God's people.

This week's scripture reminds us that each of us has been gifted by God's Spirit, not for ourselves alone, but for the good of the community.

How might God be inviting you to share your gifts?
