August giving campaign update: We only need two more people to sign up to give on a monthly basis of any amount to meet our August giving campaign! We have had four individuals commit to giving monthly, as well as two one time gifts as a result of this campaign. We have a few hours left to get to our goal of six new people signed up to give on a monthly basis during the month of August!

We are…

1. Providing spiritual care for legislators and their staff. Doing our best to make sure they know the gospel and are prayed for on a regular basis.

2. Facilitating relationships between legislators and pastors from their districts for an eternal, Christ centered agenda, not a political one.

3. Building a framework for leaders to be prioritized in the spiritual care work of the local church.

If that gets you excited about what God is doing, visit the link in the post to help us move forward through generous giving.

Word Before Work Summer Series: John 1 Week 3.

John 1:29 occupies a striking place in the Biblical Timeline.

Mankind was created in union with God but separated and held in bo***ge to sin and death through the influence of the devil.

God told Satan that a descendant of Eve would crush his head. For 4,000 years, humanity waited.

Enter John 1:29–the public entrance of Jesus to the world scene.

Because He paid for our sin and defeated death, through Him mankind can be free from the bo***ge Satan held them under and restored to union with God.

Can you believe this about our Michigan state legislators???

In today’s world, this is SHOCKING news.

“A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; And a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Do you believe in coincidence? I believe in God.

Who do we believe on for Life?

Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Not the mosaic law-Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Not the teachings of religious forefathers-Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Not the baptism of a certain prophet or religious leader-Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

John 3 in a nutshell.
