We have a historic announcement for this historic year!
To mark America’s 250th anniversary, we're thrilled to share an exciting new initiative centered on religious liberty.
While Philadelphia is widely known as the birthplace of American democracy, it is also the birthplace of American religious freedom.
From William Penn’s bold vision of tolerance to today’s vibrant interfaith landscape, Philadelphia has long been a place where people of many faiths live, worship, and work side by side.
We’re launching a year-long exploration of Philadelphia’s role and arduous journey for religious freedom —past and present—through self-guided walking tours, engaging conversations, resources, and inspiring events.
Be among the first to learn what’s ahead—and help us kick off an extraordinary year.
