I would like to thank everyone that reached out in a message and those that commented on my last post. It truly makes my heart full. We are in the process of taking on another tux company and look forward to working with them and the company we already have. I will not let this little bump in the road slow me down. It only make me stronger. We TRULY appreciate every one of you and look forward to what’s ahead. We will continue to offer affordable suits and tuxedos to the area, ALONG with friendly service.

So I had the biggest compliment today since I opened the store.

A month ago we took on a new tuxedo company. They are wonderful to work with and we have done a lot of business with them in just a month. Well today I received a phone call from the district sales manager of the tuxedo company stating he can no longer have us as a customer, because another bridal shop 45 minutes away threatened to pull his business from them if they kept us as a customer. Mind you, I used to work with this bridal shop years ago and I still WAS referring people to them if they couldn’t find what they needed here (NOT ANY MORE!!!) How can a company that has been around over 100 year feels threatened by little ol me? It is obvious that they are because we are so far away, I wouldn’t have hurt his business.
I am taking this as a huge compliment and life moves on.

WE ARE STILL DOING SUITES AND TUXEDOS but just not with this company that choose to let another company threaten them by pulling their business.

I had such a busy day in the shop today. Bridal season is definitely in full swing. This rack is our overflow of dresses that have been tried on. This is the 2nd time it has been filled up today. The first fill has been put away already. My heart is full with all the support. I am grateful for all of you.

Just a friendly reminder, if you have clothes or items that would like returned to you, please give me a weeks notice to find them. Please don’t come and need me to look for them on a Saturday. Also if you are bringing in things for consignment please be patient on a Saturday. Saturday’s are verrry busy with sales that you might have to wait a bit for me to look over things. If your schedule allows, please bring in items during the week. I understand many work during the week so it hard, but if you can make it during the week, you will be happier with your wait time vs a Saturday.
