☀️ We had a great time this morning enjoying fellowship and breakfast in the park! We hope to have breakfast in the park again and that you'll join us, so keep an eye out for the next date.

🙏 Today's Prayer of the Day:
God our defender, storms rage around and within us and cause us to be afraid. Rescue your people from despair, deliver your sons and daughters from fear, and preserve us in the faith of your Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

Breakfast in the Park: 10am this morning! The bacon and sausage are on the grill. We hope you join us!

God is good! We served 50 families, totaling 136 people, by providing 160 bags of food and toiletries at today's food pantry. ❤️

Thank you to all who helped with this month's food pantry, including Sardis Baptist Church, Project 10:13, Sandy Run Lutheran Church, and community members!

🗓 The food pantry at Good Shepherd is open the second Saturday of each month, 10am-noon, to anyone in need.

⛪️ All are welcome to join us on Sundays for breakfast and Bible study at 10am and worship at 11am. Come as you are.

Each Sunday, we have breakfast in our fellowship hall with Sunday school, but this coming Sunday, we're taking breakfast out to the community. You're invited to join us at L.O. Rast Park at 10am on Sunday, August 9, for a free community breakfast. All are welcome. Come as you are.
