My notes from my message today ‘Jesus Words to the Seven Churches.’ It was a powerful time in the Holy Spirits’ presence! Five surrender their lives to Jesus Christ!

This demonstrates that Christ is present in the midst of His church. A church without the living presence of Jesus is simply an organization performing religious rituals. The glorious description of Christ—with eyes like fire, a voice like many waters, and a sharp two-edged sword proceeding from His mouth—reveals His holiness, authority, and His Word that judges both hearts and nations.
The sermon explains that the seven stars in Jesus' hand represent the angels or messengers assigned to the seven churches. Jesus' position in the midst of the lampstands shows His continual oversight, protection, and evaluation of His church. He alone has the authority to commend, correct, and judge His people because He possesses the keys of death and Hades. His words therefore demand careful attention and obedience.
