From making new cabin friends and cheering through games, to flying down waterslides, grabbing slushies, and getting soaked in epic water battles—Woodlands Freestyle Camp was packed with fun from start to finish!

But the best part wasn’t the activities—it was watching kids worship Jesus, hear God’s Word, grow in their faith, and make memories that will last a lifetime. We are also super proud of our middle and high school students who served on the Lit and Lead teams caring for campers and cleaning up all the things! And a big THANK YOU to all who gave food and snacks to the snack shack - We are thankful for you church family ❤️ God is good!

ENVY keeps us trapped—constantly comparing, constantly looking inward, and never finding satisfaction.

But the gospel calls us to lift our eyes. As Robert Murray M’Cheyne said, “For every look at yourself, take ten looks at Christ.”

The more we fix our eyes on Jesus—His grace, His goodness, and His sufficiency—the less power envy has over our hearts. True freedom isn’t found in having what someone else has; it’s found in knowing all we have in Christ!

The news is out! We’re creating space.

Beginning August 2, Shadowbrook will move to two Sunday Gatherings at 9:00 & 10:30 AM.

This isn’t just about adding another service—it’s about making room for more people in our community to hear the gospel, find biblical community, and follow Jesus.

CAMP IS ALMOST HERE!

We’re excited to welcome the Woodlands Freestyle team this Sunday as we get everything ready for an incredible week of camp. We’re already praying that hearts will be encouraged and lives will be changed by the hope of the gospel.

This Sunday, we’ll be handing out prayer bracelets with the name of a camper or counselor on each one. Grab a bracelet, wear it throughout the week, and join us in praying for God to move in a powerful way at camp! 🙌🏻
