Hello December! Wow this year has flown by. Time seems to be moving so fast these days and it’only going to get faster.
As we approach the busiest time of the year, I wanted to take a moment to pause and truly reflect on this season.
Many of you have already begun to decorate your Christmas trees, your homes and workplaces with all the beautiful lights and holiday decorations. As you are doing so I ask you to pause and reflect on the meaning of the True Light.
As stated in John 1:9, Jesus is the TRUE LIGHT! He is not just a light but the source of light. A powerful light. A dependent light. He is the life-giving light. He is the self-generating light. He is the light as truth, the light as guidance and the light as life. He is the unquenchable light.
So the next time you look at those sparkling, shimmering and glowing lights, let it be a reminder that He is the source of ALL light.
Let us be His light bearers in this world. We are not the source of the light but a reflection of Him, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! ✝️☀️💡
