Come join us at the Beemerville Presbyterian Church on Sunday Feb 8th for SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY! Yes! We are calling an AUDIBLE! Bring a can of soup or other dry goods and we will TURNOVER to the local food pantry. (People are hungry all year long not just at the Holidays) Also, we will be celebrating OUR Souper Bowl by wearing FOOTBALL attire from your favorite TEAM at the 9am Sunday Service. Let’s see how many TEAM colors we can view in the pews. Sit in the BACK FIELD or the RED ZONE, go straight for the END ZONE or any zone you prefer in the church. Immediately following the PEP TALK Service, the Beemerville Church Deacons are hosting a Home-Made Soup Contest! So, if you would like to WIN the coveted TITLE of Beemerville’s Souper Bowl WINNER III, DRIVE your homemade soup to the Fellowship Hall, (GRIDIRON), before the service at 9 a.m., - crock pot preferred. Or not- just come sit on the SIDELINES and be one of our REFEREES- everyone gets to vote on the SCORE. The big Supper Bowl game won’t be on TV till 6 pm, so there will be plenty of time to attend, without a TIME OUT. You need not be a member of the congregation to attend, Don’t FUMBLE your chance to REFEREE the BEEMERVILLE SOUPER BOWL! Beemerville Presbyterian Church is located at 226 Route 519 in Wantage, 07461.
