The new evangelization needs new missionaries!

Mission
In response to Pope John Paul II’s call for a New Evangelization, Arise Milwaukee has established a new mission. Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Arise Milwaukee seeks to help Catholics respond to Christ by renewing parish life, rousing apostolic ardor, inspiring intimate prayer, and increasing sacramental devotion. PARISH RENEWAL
Through Eucharistic Adoration, reconciliation, deep prayer, and

proclamation of the Gospel each parish that hosts Arise will, by God’s grace, encounter the person of Jesus Christ in a new and fulfilling way. Every Catholic is called to evangelize and this can only be done through deep conversion, on-going catechesis, and apostolic zeal prompted by the Holy Spirit. SACRAMENTAL DEVOTION
The sacraments are the source of every ministry of Arise Milwaukee. The sacraments are wellsprings of grace and absolutely necessary for the Christian life. INTIMATE PRAYER
It is through prayer that we ‘fall in love’ with Christ. Arise Milwaukee is a ‘school of prayer’ that teaches, develops, and facilitates opportunities for intimate prayer (NMI 33).
