Merry Christmas, Emmaus!
I hope this letter finds you well and relaxing to and enjoy Christmas and New Year.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As you now know, Emmaus will undergo some changes this next month as we send Deb and Emile off to Connecticut. Bishop Reddall and Cannon Anita Braden have offered to provide us with a clergy member to continue our Sunday worship service while we find our feet and figure out what the Emmaus Episcopal Church plant will do and look like.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In order to figure this out, we need ALL the voices from our community!! If you attend services, CommuniTea, Compline, any of the studies or are just quietly following the Church activities online, please attend this Zoom meeting!!! This includes all our friends out of town and online.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bishop Reddall and Cannon Anita would like to hear from all of you and identify active members who may be willing AND able to help coordinate ongoing services and studies.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I will host a community zoom meeting on January 9th at 6p so we can share and discuss freely what we are capable of and what we may have to offer the Bishop.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We will then have a second Zoom meeting hosted by Bishop Reddall on Friday January 13th to determine the direction of Emmaus.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mark you calendars, spend some time reflecting and in prayer, then bring your voice and join us on Zoom!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have a wonderful holiday with family and friends!
