More than half of death’s worldwide are due to four diseases: cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and chronic respiratory disease. The research keeps mounting plant – plant-based eating promotes significant health and reduces disease risk. If you have been struggling to overcome some health challenges, or want to prevent them from even starting, this class is for you.

Please join us and learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. There will be a twenty-minute lecture on health followed by a cooking demonstration and sharing some recipes.
