Greenwood Cemetery Association Greenwood Cemetery is a perpetual care cemetery offering a place of dignity, rest, and peace for the families of Superior, WI and surrounding areas.

Greenwood Cemetery has a long standing reputation of service in offering a place of dignity, rest, and peace for the families of Superior, WI and surrounding areas. We were established in 1900, with the first burial in July of that year. We are a non-profit cemetery governed by a Board of Trustees. We are located just 6 miles south of Superior on State Hwy 35. The cemetery office is located across

the highway from the cemetery and is opened: Monday - Friday, 9:00 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 3:00. We offer a variety of burial options from both Cremation and Traditional. Please search our site for explanations of the different options available.

Hello Friends of Greenwood Cemetery.
We needed to come on here and advise you of a situation that occurred over the weekend. It was brought to our attention that our website had been hacked. Disgustingly, when going to our website, you were redirected to a p**n site. We have been in contact with our IT man and he has resolved the issue, with the help of our web hosting.
But, he said that if you have gone to our website in the recent past and continue to go to our website, that you should clear your cache before going back to our website again.
We are so very sorry if you went to our website over the weekend and experienced this disgusting issue.
I'm so glad we received word of it right away, from a faithful Greenwood friend!
Our IT man said it is safe to go there again. I have been there myself and it was indeed safe.

JUST WANTED TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT AND GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO THE VOLUNTEERS FROM NATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE THAT CAME OUT LAST WEEK AND SCRUBED THE VETERAN'S MARKERS IN SOLDIERS CIRCLE AND OTHER CLEAN UP AROUND THE AREA! WHAT A GREAT GROUP OF FOLKS. THIS IS THE KIND OF THING THAT MAKES OUR COMMUNITY SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! PEOPLE LIKE YOU MAKING OUR COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Today the volunteers are setting flags, for all of our Veteran's, that are buried here. If for some reason your family member who was a veteran, did not receive one, please either come to the office and pick one up or call the office and we will make sure that one is brought out to the grave site for you.
