United Presbyterian Church, located at 229 N. 28th St., Superior, WI, is an inclusive community focused on the love and Spirit of God. Formed out of a spirit of teamwork in 1998, UPC is a merger of First Presbyterian Church and Hammond Avenue Presbyterian Church, with the

Itasca Presbyterian congregation joining to create one united Presbyterian Church to serve the entire Superior community. The congregation supports multiple internal and external mission projects and views itself as truly a church of the community. Several outside groups utilize the 15,000 square foot facility as UPC is a barrier free complex, allowing access to all people. Worshippers enter the facility directly into the open narthex that visually and physically connects with the three functional areas: worship, education-administration and fellowship.

Hello United,
I wanted to personally update you about some changes that are coming in the life of our family and the life of the church. They are filled with both joy and sadness. We shared this update with The Session (our Elders/leadership) on Friday, May 29, and the congregation this past Sunday, May 31.

Please reach out to the church office or us (Laura & Brett) directly with any questions. I hope the letter linked below answers many of them. Many of you will have also received this in your email.

I am so deeply grateful for each of you, the ministry we've done together, and noticing where God has been and is clearly still at work. We are praying for you in this transition.
