SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY!
It’s that time of year again! The football teams are preparing. The advertisers are creating their most entertaining commercials. The bands are getting ready for half time. And we are collecting food for our neighbors at Community For Christ. In the spirit of the Super Bowl, we have challenged our friends at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Camdenton again this year. You may remember that they beat us by 3 cans last time we competed. It’s called the SOUPer bowl, but you can bring any canned main dish items, soup, canned pasta or chili, any of those good, filling and nutritious items that would be so appreciated this time of year. Join us as we join our friends in Camdenton, not so much in beating one another, but in beating hunger in our community.
