The final chapter of Malachi closes the Old Testament with a powerful call to remember three vital truths. First, the story of faith is not about us. Second, God remembers every act of faithfulness. Third, a day is coming when God will distinguish between those who fear Him and those who do not, bringing judgment for some and healing for others.

What does God want us to remember? The final chapter of the Old Tes...

🤍 Your work is not separate from your faith. It is an expression of it. Happy Labor Day, Sunnyvale church family!

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” – Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)

🤍 God is still in the business of restoring hearts, healing what’s broken, and turning us back toward Him.

“He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents; or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction.” – Malachi 4:6 (NIV)

✨ Faith & Family Summit | September 11 ✨

What does worship at home actually look like? And how can we make faith part of everyday family life—not just something we talk about on Sundays?

Join us for the Faith & Family Summit, an encouraging evening created for parents, grandparents, teachers, caregivers, and anyone who wants to help build a stronger foundation of faith within the family. 🤍

We’re excited to welcome Dallas and Martha Harvey, Founders of WITH Families Co., whose work focuses on everyday faith for every family.

Dallas will share why worship in the home matters and how God designed parents to be the primary disciplers of their children. Martha will follow with practical ideas for creating meaningful faith moments that fit into real life—not just picture-perfect moments.

God’s people looked at the prosperity of the wicked and wondered whether serving Him was worth it.

Some spoke against the Lord. Others gathered to honor His name—and God listened. Faithfulness is never forgotten by God.

This Sunday, we conclude The Lord Is a Witness in Malachi and reflect on the calling of God’s people to remember and wait. In Jesus, the promised light has dawned and it will come in fullness!

When faithfulness feels fruitless, God is still listening. 🙌

🎶 We worship the One who listens when His people speak and remembers those who fear His name. He is faithful even when faithfulness feels unseen.

As we sing this Sunday, we turn our eyes from what appears to prosper and trust the One whose coming will make all things clear!
