For over 200 years, the Sunbury United Methodist Church has brought people together to worship God, grow in faith as disciples of Jesus, and share Christ's love in the world. Today, more than 400 people gather at our three worship services every Sunday to strengthen their faith and celebrate God's miraculous gift of grace. Throughout the week, our members put their Christian commitment to work by

supporting each other and reaching out to the community and beyond through our ministries. It is an honor to glorify Christ and a privilege to serve our Lord, as well as an awesome and rewarding experience that brings meaning to life and prepares us for our heavenly kingdom. On Sunday, our youth group served a delicious pancake breakfast to help raise funds for their summer mission trip to North Carolina. 🥞

This summer they will be serving in hurricane relief efforts, supporting communities still recovering from past storms.

Wrapped with love. Covered in prayer. Filled with truth. 📖✨

This past Sunday, the children in our church received Bibles that had been lovingly wrapped (with 5 layers!) and prayed over by members of our congregation.

Thank you to everyone who helped prepare these gifts.

We pray that God’s Word will guide them and be a source of hope and encouragement throughout their lives. ❤️
