Sweet Heart of Jesus, be our love. ❤️ Sweet Heart of Mary, be our salvation.

Before sleep, take a few quiet minutes to look back on the day. Where did love flow easily? Where did it cost something? Offer both to the Sacred Heart, and ask for rest in His peace. ✨

Into Your hands, Lord, I commend my spirit. (Psalm 31:6) 🕊️

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus watch over you and your families through the night. We will see you tomorrow! 🌟

At three o'clock ⏰, the hour Christ gave Himself fully on the cross, let us turn to the Sacred Heart with a few lines from the Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. ❤️

𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 (𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐭)
Heart of Jesus, burning furnace of charity, have mercy on us. 🔥
Heart of Jesus, source of all consolation, have mercy on us.
Heart of Jesus, our peace and our reconciliation, have mercy on us.

This hour reminds us that the Sacred Heart and the Divine Mercy flow from the same wound of love. Take a moment this afternoon to pause before an image of the Sacred Heart 🖼️, in your home, in our church, or simply in your heart.

Yesterday, our nation was consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. ✝️ Today, on the very feast of that Heart, we are invited to live what was prayed.

𝐀 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
A consecration is not a single moment. It is a daily handing over. Each time we choose patience 🕊️, each time we forgive, each time we return to prayer, we renew that act of entrustment.

Lord Jesus, we accept the consecration offered for our nation. We ask that Your Heart reign in our homes, our families, and our hearts. ❤️

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place our trust in You. 🙏

V. The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.
R. And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

V. Behold the handmaid of the Lord.
R. Be it done unto me according to thy word.

V. And the Word was made flesh.
R. And dwelt among us.

V. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God.

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts, that as we have known the incarnation of Thy Son Jesus Christ by the message of an angel, so by His passion and cross we may be brought to the glory of His resurrection, through the same Christ our Lord. Amen. ✝️

On this Solemnity of the Sacred Heart ❤️, we remember that the Heart we honor today first beat within Mary's womb, formed of her own flesh and blood. Her yes made possible the Heart that now pours out mercy upon the world. 🌹

🎉 Congratulations, Fr. Shea! 🎉

This week, the Knights of Columbus, Council #11809, honored Fr. Shea at their parish meeting for a special milestone. Ten years ago, on June 11, 2016, he was ordained a priest.

Fr. Shea has served our parish family with dedication, faith, and a generous heart. We are grateful for his ten years of priesthood and the many blessings he has brought to Our Lady of Lourdes.

Join us in congratulating Fr. Shea on this wonderful anniversary! Ad multos annos!

𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for the glory of Your Sacred Heart. May every moment today become an act of love returned to the Heart that loves us without measure. 🌹

Watch over our families, our parish community, and all who are sick, lonely, or in need. May Your angels guard us through the night, and may we wake refreshed to serve You and one another with renewed hearts.
