Due to the approach of Hurricane Ida and the weather conditions in the forecast for tomorrow morning, the men of the church has made the decision to cancel all services Sunday,August 29, 2021. Currently the worst of the storm is expected to hit central Louisiana, but the possibility of tropical storm force winds and flooding from rainfall remains for our area. Please continue to pray not only for our area but for all who will be impacted by this storm; as it comes on the 16th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Tammy Haas

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Community Baptist Church for Ms. Tammy Haas, 57, of Sumrall MS. by Bro. David Graham.

She passed on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

Ms. Haas was employed at Coopertive Energy as a Engineer. She was a member of Community Baptist Church.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM Wednesday at Community Baptist Church.

She will be buried at Community Baptist Church Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Ms. Tammy Haas. She lost her battle with leukemia around 5:00 PM on August 26, 2021 at her mother’s home in Kiln, Mississippi.
She was a beautiful angel with a big heart and will greatly be missed by all.

Funeral arrangements are unknown at this time. Please continue to keep the Tammy Haas family in your prayers.

Update on Tammy Haas.
She started chemo at Gulfport Memorial. She’s very weak and the leukemia is more aggressive this time. Doctors are concerned, don’t know if they can knock it out this time! She’s resting well though. God is with her. Please keep her in your prayers. 🙏🏼💗🙏🏼💗🙏🏼💗
