St. Luke's Free Community Meal on June 13th was probably the best yet, at least in terms of meals served - more than 250! We delivered 54 to people's homes. Our friends at Hearts for Summerville provided bags of groceries and bar soap to provide our guests. And our meal volunteers included some church members who were participating for the first time. This ministry is steadily becoming what was envisioned back when it started in February 2025! Thanks to all who have taken part in this great blessing to our community.

This past Sunday, our friends at Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd held a Pride Month Benefit Concert in our Sanctuary, featuring musical works of Unity, Love, Truth, and Peace. It included beautiful music woven together with artists' personal stories and the words of Scripture. Take a listen, and be uplifted as we celebrate how we are all made in God's image, loved by God, and called to love. (The program begins at minute marker 5:22.)
