The message in this quote points to a truth that Jesus emphasized: God is not impressed by titles as much as He is by faithfulness, humility, and service.

In the Bible, the words pastor, evangelist, and teacher are legitimate callings given by God:

“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;”

— Ephesians 4:11 (KJV)

The danger is not the title itself. The danger is trusting in a title while neglecting the heart of a servant.

Jesus taught His disciples:

“But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.”

— Matthew 23:11 (KJV)

Many people desire recognition, position, and honor, but Christ calls His followers to humility. The Lord did not say, “Well done, good and faithful pastor,” or “Well done, good and faithful apostle.” He said:

“Well done, thou good and faithful servant... enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”

— Matthew 25:21 (KJV)

A servant obeys his Master. A servant is faithful when nobody is watching. A servant seeks God's glory instead of his own. Whether a person is a preacher, missionary, singer, worship leader, or an ordinary believer, the question at the judgment seat will not be how famous they became, but whether they were faithful to Christ.

Jesus Himself is our example:

“For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”

— Mark 10:45 (KJV)

The highest title in the kingdom of God is not a position—it is a life surrendered to Christ. On the day we stand before Him, may our greatest desire be to hear:

“Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”

GOD Always Provides the Means to Accomplish His Pre-determined Ends.

What I understand, which is very little, but according to the Bible, GOD always provides the means to accomplish the ends of His eternal decrees.

Foreknowledge, Election, and Predestination is not "Justification". GOD ordained faith to be the means of receiving Christ, and his imputed righteousness, the precious gift of forgiveness and eternal life. Faith in Jesus Christ for salvation is the evidence of salvation to the souls of men.

Anyone who believes upon Christ is justified before GOD, just as Abraham was.
Anyone, not barring any ("whosoever"), who believes upon Christ can take knowledge that GOD chose him first.

But we are not called to rest in Election or Predestination, we are called to rest in Jesus Christ. That's where GOD rested, and if we would rest with GOD we must enter into that rest where He did.

If the world needs saving GOD will save it. And He will save it through and by and for Christ. It is the preaching of the Gospel that reveal the righteous (imputed righteousness) of God to save them that believe.

The Gospel is a witness to the saving power GOD in Jesus Christ, namely the Atonement & Resurrection. Just my thoughts.

One of the most powerful truths in the Bible is that Jesus did not come to make bad people slightly better.

He came to bring dead people back to life.

That changes everything.

Because many people think Christianity is mostly about self-improvement.

Trying harder.
Doing better.
Fixing yourself enough so God might finally accept you.

But Scripture paints a completely different picture.

The Bible says humanity was spiritually dead in sin.

Not weak.

Dead.

And dead people do not save themselves.

That is why Jesus did not come merely as a teacher.

He came as a Savior.

Think about Lazarus.

For four days, Lazarus lay in a tomb.

No movement.
No strength.
No ability to respond.

And then Jesus stood outside the grave and cried out:
“Lazarus, come forth!”

And suddenly life entered a body that had been lifeless.

That miracle was never just about Lazarus.

It was about humanity.

Sin leaves people spiritually lifeless.

Breathing physically…
but empty internally.

Alive outwardly…
but separated from God inwardly.

That is why people can have money, success, relationships, and distractions…
yet still feel restless inside.

Because the soul was created for God.

And nothing else can truly satisfy what only He can fill.

But here is the beauty of the Gospel:

Jesus does not wait for dead things to revive themselves.

He speaks life into them.

He steps into brokenness.
Into hopelessness.
Into places people believe are too far gone.

And He still calls people by name.

That is grace.

Religion says:
“Become better and maybe God will accept you.”

Jesus says:
“Come to Me and I will give you life.”

Religion focuses on behavior modification.

The Gospel offers resurrection.

And maybe this is what someone needs to hear today:

You are not too broken for God.

Not too lost.
Not too ashamed.
Not too far away.

The same voice that called Lazarus out of the grave…
is still calling people out of darkness today.

Out of addiction.
Out of fear.
Out of hopelessness.
Out of shame.

Because Jesus did not come merely to improve lives.

He came to save them.

So stop believing the lie that your situation is beyond restoration.

God still specializes in resurrecting things people thought were dead.

And when Jesus speaks life…

even graves must let go.

SOME BELIEFS SOUND CHRISTIAN BUT THEY QUIETLY KEEP YOU STUCK!
I used to believe these.
They felt spiritual.
They even sounded biblical.

But they were shaping my faith in the wrong direction. They weren't bringing me closer to GOD but instead leading me farther away. Producing a faith that grounded and focused on me, rather than GOD.

Here are some lies many Christians still believe:

1). God is disappointed in me.
Every mistake made me feel like He was done with me.
But conviction is not rejection.
Discipline is not abandonment.

2). If am not hearing God, something is wrong with me.
I used to panic in dry seasons.
But silence does not mean absence. Sometimes He is stretching your trust.

3). My value comes from how spiritual I look.
Posting verses.
Saying the right things.
Looking the part.
But God wants your heart, not your performance.

4). Struggling means I am failing.
I thought weakness meant I was not growing.
But struggle means you are in the fight. Growth is persistence, not perfection.

5). If l doubt, my faith is fake.
I believed real Christians never wrestled.
But questions handled honestly can deepen
your faith, not destroy it.

6). God only loves the "strong believers. I thought I had to earn closeness with Him. But His grace is not reserved for the impressive.

7). l just need more motivation.
I kept chasing emotional highs: But faith is built on truth and discipline, not constant feelings.

These lies sound safe.
They sound religious.
But they distort how you see God.
And if your view of God is distorted, your faith will always feel unstable.

The only way to break these lies is to know what God actually says.
Find a Christ centered Church that teaches you straight out of the Bible.
