Opportunities for Bible Study This Fall:

Looking for a way to dig deeper into Scripture and connect with others? We have several Bible study opportunities this fall: two on Sunday mornings and one on Thursday mornings. All adults are welcome!

Sunday Morning Bible Study: The Book of Job
Beginning Sunday, September 13, join Dr. Dan Lachenman for a new Sunday morning Bible study. Each week, the group will take a closer look at the Scripture in Job and what it teaches us about faith, suffering, doubt, and trusting God through difficult seasons.
Sundays beginning September 13 | 9 am | Skardon Hall, Classroom 2

No sign-up is needed. Just bring your Bible and join the conversation!

Sunday Morning Scripture Study
Also on Sundays, join us for a Bible study on the scriptures of the day from the 7:30 am service. We will gather in the Ambler Hall Conference Room at 9 am.
Sundays | 9 am | Ambler Hall Conference Room

Thursday Morning Bible Study: The Book of Acts
Our Thursday Morning Bible Study returns September 3! Led by Dawn Schaeperkoetter, the group will spend the fall studying the Book of Acts and exploring the growth of the early church.
The study meets each Thursday from 9–11 am and is open to all adults—men and women, members and friends. There is no prepared study guide, so all you need is your Bible. A study Bible may be helpful, but any translation is welcome.
Thursdays, September 3–December 17 | 9–11 am | Ambler Hall
For more information or to sign up, contact Dawn Schaeperkoetter at [email protected].

St. Paul’s is preparing to take The Next Mile: an important step forward as we consider how our campus can better support Christian Education, Discipleship and Ministries of Mercy for generations to come.

DETAILS:
WHAT: Cottage Meeting
WHEN: Wednesday, September 9 at 6 pm
WHERE: St. Paul’s Atrium

If you are not currently involved in a Life Group, our rector invites you to join him for a special Cottage Meeting to learn more about the proposed new building on the footprint of Skardon Hall.

What to Expect:
This will be an informal opportunity to hear more about the vision for The Next Mile:
*Understand why this project is important to the future of our church
*Ask questions about what is being proposed.

Most importantly, we ask you to come prayerfully.

The Next Mile is about far more than a building. It is about creating the space St. Paul’s needs to form disciples, nurture our children and families, serve our community, and strengthen our ministries for decades to come.

We look forward to the conversation.

E-V-E-R-Y-B-O-D-Y in the family - join us in the services on September 6.

There will be no Kids Church or Nursery on Sunday, September 6. Instead, we warmly invite children and families to worship together in any of our services.

To help our youngest worshippers stay engaged, Praise Packs will be available at the back of each worship space with activities for children to enjoy during the service.

We love having children as part of our worship community and look forward to seeing families together in church.

A beautiful investment in the next generation at St. Paul’s--->

We are grateful to our Vestry for investing in new, custom-built pews created especially for our children. Our previous children’s pews faithfully served St. Paul’s for 45 years, and it was time to prepare for the generations still to come.

Built from solid oak and designed specifically for our kids, these new pews are made to last, and we expect they will serve St. Paul’s students for decades to come.

Thank you to our Vestry for recognizing the importance of investing in the spaces where our children learn, worship and grow in their faith. What a meaningful way to care for the future of St. Paul’s.

Come hear the story of St. Paul’s recent mission trip to Kenya and the people who made the experience so meaningful.

The team will share highlights from the trip, talk about the work that was accomplished, and give an update on our ongoing partnership with the Diocese in Kenya. You’ll also learn about ways you can get involved and support this growing ministry.

Join us September 1 in Ambler Hall from 6:00–7:00 p.m. Come hear the stories, see what God is doing, and learn how you can be part of the journey.
