Summersville church of the Nazarene

After much prayer and discernment, I want to share that I have accepted the call to serve as Pastor of Cottle Church of God and will soon be transitioning from my ministry in Summersville into this new season of service.

This announcement comes with both gratitude and deep emotion. It has been a true privilege to serve and worship alongside the Summersville congregation. I am profoundly thankful for the love, support, and shared ministry that have marked this season. The relationships built here and the ways we have witnessed God’s faithfulness together will always remain dear to my heart.

As I prepare to follow God’s leading into this next assignment, I do so with humility and trust in His guidance. Seasons of transition can bring both joy and tenderness, but we are confident that the Lord is faithful to lead His people. He is present with us in every change, and His purposes remain good.

I ask that you join me in prayer during this transition. Please pray for the Summersville congregation, that God will continue to strengthen, encourage, and direct this church in the days ahead. Please also pray for the Cottle congregation, that the Lord will bless and prepare them for this new chapter of ministry.

My sincere desire is that in all things Christ will be honored, His Church will be strengthened, and His will shall be accomplished in both congregations. Thank you for your prayers, your kindness, and the opportunity to have served in this community. I remain grateful for all God has done and confident in all He will yet do.

Today, America celebrates freedom.
But beloved, heaven celebrates a deeper freedom:

🔓 Freedom from the chains of fear.
🔓 Freedom from the prison of shame.
🔓 Freedom from sin’s grip and darkness’ lies.

Because Jesus didn’t die just to make you better—He rose to make you free.

Free to stand unashamed.
Free to worship boldly.
Free to live without the heavy yoke of perfection.
Free to love without conditions.
Free to walk in holy confidence, knowing who you are and whose you are.

This freedom can’t be legislated.
It can’t be stolen.
It was purchased at Calvary.
And it is sealed by the Spirit within you.

🔥 So walk today as one set free—because you are.
